The high-quality BMW Motorrad Battery Charger Plus allows for fully automatic, microprocessor-controlled charging and care of all original BMW Motorrad batteries including BMW Motorrad lithium ion 12 V batteries with a capacity of 6 to 60 Ah. The charger can also be used on non-brand specific conventional lead-acid batteries, maintenance-free rechargeable batteries (gel/AGM) as well as lithium iron phosphate (LiFePo4) batteries, depending on the specific needs of the battery technology used. With the high-end, microprocessor-controlled unit, it enables a worry free, ease of use system, by connecting the battery charger clamps to either the battery terminal or simply plugging the DIN connector into the BMW accessory port and walking away. The smart technology will automatically detect battery sizing and select the proper charging rate for whatever battery is specifically installed on that vehicle. This system enables a prolonged life of the vehicles battery by
preventing harmful total discharge during off-season use along with protection against a surge, short circuit, and polarity reversal.

with the correct voltage and current. The charger has a display to monitor the charging process and is protected againstsparks, short circuits, reverse polarity, dust, and water. It is suitable for 12V lead-acid batteries and lithium batteries(LiFePo4).

For added convenience, the adapter for the 12V socket is included.
